Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives that connect business priorities with technology execution. This position will support enterprise-wide programs in a dynamic organization focused on operational consistency, scalable systems, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a strong communicator who can guide diverse stakeholders, adapt delivery methods to project needs, and keep high-visibility work moving from planning through implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Direct business and technology initiatives from initiation through completion, aligning timelines, scope, and outcomes with organizational goals.
• Partner closely with leaders across departments to build consensus, manage expectations, and coordinate work among cross-functional teams.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or blended delivery approaches based on project complexity, stakeholder needs, and business priorities.
• Lead transformation programs involving enterprise platform integration, application rationalization, and process harmonization across multiple business units.
• Oversee strategic technology efforts such as cloud-related projects, enterprise application upgrades, collaboration platform modernization, and data governance initiatives.
• Manage quality- and compliance-focused projects, including implementation of systems that support regulated operations and certification readiness.
• Support operational improvement initiatives tied to service management, workflow redesign, and end-user support effectiveness.
• Drive vendor coordination, project governance, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to the development of project management standards, governance practices, and delivery frameworks that strengthen execution across the organization.
• Proven background leading large-scale enterprise projects that span both business transformation and technology delivery.• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across multiple departments, functions, and business units.
• Hands-on experience managing projects related to ERP environments, migrations, cloud initiatives, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of both Agile Scrum and traditional project management methods, with the judgment to use the right approach for each engagement.
• Proficiency with project tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira and similar platforms.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting organizations through growth, integration, or standardization efforts, including M& A-related change, is highly desirable.
• Background in manufacturing or other regulated settings is a plus, especially on projects involving quality systems, compliance, or governed processes.
