Family Law Attorney

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle family law cases from initial consultation through resolution.

• Conduct legal research, case analysis, and prepare legal strategies.

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal documents, and other case-related materials.

• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and courtroom proceedings.

• Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation using legal software and case management systems.

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to effectively manage matters.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of family law experience required.

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing.

• Strong legal research, writing, and case analysis skills.

• Experience with litigation, negotiations, and courtroom proceedings.

• Strong drafting and communication skills.

• Familiarity with legal software and case management systems.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
