Mobility Dispatch Supervisor - located in Newark

The Mobility Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for leading daily dispatch and fleet operations while supervising Drivers and Mobility Coordinators. This role ensures operational goals are met by driving safety, customer service, attendance, fleet readiness, and employee performance. The Dispatch Supervisor serves as a key operational leader, partnering with site leadership to maintain efficient, compliant, and high-performing operations.

A Day in the Life:

You'll monitor dispatch activity, support drivers and coordinators, address operational challenges, and coach employees on performance and safety. No two days are the same as you help keep the operation running smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

The salary range for this position is $22/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise the daily activities of the office (fleet, utilization, depreciation, reservations, schedules, etc).
• Manage all operational aspects of the location, ensuring vehicles are maintained, vehicles are assigned, and drivers are prepared for their shifts. Monitor daily workflows to address issues promptly and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor, analyze and coach the Mobility Support Specialist and Drivers on key metrics such as attendance, company policies/procedures, safety, customer satisfaction, driver efficiency and vehicle utilization, taking corrective action when necessary.
• Leads end-to-end workforce management, including hiring decisions, coordinating the setup of training and safety courses, and implementing shift schedules to meet operational goals. Continuously evaluates staff performance and identifies development opportunities.
• Coordination with our internal and external maintenance teams to ensure any vehicle issues are addressed appropriately
• Oversee the team responsible for cleaning and preparing the vehicle fleet
• Communicate consistently and frequently with location manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be at least 23 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required (state-specific requirements may apply).
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, fingerprinting, and drug screening, where applicable.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Ability to drive process improvements, organizational change, and accountability across the operation.
• Excellent organizational, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate Excel skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
