UChicago Medicine Crown Point is seeking an experienced Travel RN - Oncology for an Oncology Clinic position. The RN will provide quality patient care in an outpatient oncology setting and must have current Chemo Certification.

This position will be split between two clinic locations:

Crown Point:
10855 Virginia Street
Crown Point, IN

Valparaiso:
2505 Valley Drive
Valparaiso, IN

The two locations are approximately 20 miles apart, with an estimated travel time of about 35 minutes between locations.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Recent Oncology nursing experience

• Chemo Certification - Required

• Strong outpatient/oncology clinical skills

• Ability to work at both Crown Point and Valparaiso locations

• Strong patient assessment, medication administration, and care coordination skills

• Provide nursing care to oncology patients in a clinic setting.

• Administer chemotherapy and other oncology treatments according to established protocols.

• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment.

• Assess and document patient conditions and treatment responses.

• Educate patients and families regarding treatment and care.

• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary oncology team.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow facility safety protocols
