Job Summary
We are seeking an IT Quality Analyst for a temp-to-hire opportunity in San Juan, PR, supporting application testing and quality assurance within the healthcare services industry. This role is ideal for an early-career QA professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is ready to grow in a collaborative IT environment.
The IT Quality Analyst will help ensure applications meet business requirements, perform as expected, and support critical operational needs. This is a strong opportunity to build hands-on experience across the Software Development Life Cycle, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and production validation.
Candidates can expect a team-oriented environment with supportive leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to meaningful healthcare technology projects. This role offers the potential for long-term career growth through a temp-to-hire path.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data to support application quality.
- Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation activities across multiple testing phases.
- Review business requirements and expected results to confirm application functionality.
- Identify, document, track, and review system defects through resolution.
- Maintain testing documentation, test results, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to support releases, implementations, and Annual Enrollment Period testing deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $27 to $28 per hour.
