Associate Attorney

We are seeking a 1+ years experienced Associate Attorney to join the general practice team, supporting senior partners across personal injury, criminal defense, family law, commercial litigation, and eviction matters.

• Counsel clients and provide legal guidance across a diverse range of general practice matters.

• Handle personal injury litigation, DWI/criminal defense, family/matrimonial law, commercial litigation, and eviction matters.

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal documents, and other case-related materials.

• Conduct legal research and prepare well-written legal documents and correspondence.

• Make court appearances and represent clients in litigation and other legal proceedings.

• 1-3 years of general practice experience preferred.

• Admission to the New York Bar required.

• Relevant law clerk experience will be considered.

• Strong legal research, writing, drafting, and client counseling skills.

• Highly organized, entrepreneurial, and comfortable handling a diverse client base and varied caseload.
