Job Summary:
\n Performs and interprets designated laboratory procedures, including serologic, chemical, bacteriologic, immunohematologic (blood bank), and microscopic procedures to obtain data for diagnosis and treatment of disease. Ensures accurate testing on laboratory specimens according to established protocols, reports results promptly, and troubleshoots instruments, equipment, reagents, and specimen issues as required. Maintains quality control, performs maintenance and calibrations on instruments, conducts verification tests on new products, and assists in training new associates. Promotes the mission, vision, and values of SCL Health while adhering to service behavior standards.

Required Qualifications:
\n - One year of experience
\n - Bachelor’s Degree
\n - MT(ASCP) or CLS(ASCP) certification
