Position Details
\nInpatient Adult Psych RN Needed
\nEKG exam is not required
\nMust have at least 1 year of exp 2 years exp preferred BLS required, CPI preferred (Must have within 90 days of starting)

12 HR Days - 7a-7p Every third weekend, every other holiday
\n\n
Unit Specific Details
\n21 Bed Unit
\n4-5 days is the average length of stay
\nRatios - 1:5 on average could go up to 1:6 ratio*
\nPatient population - Major depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, acute psychosis
\nPatient Ages 18+
\nNo acute medical or detox- that will handled on the medical side until they are stable 3-4 RN's on staff per night shift 1 night shift tech support- 3 nights a week *All listed ratios are subject to change based on staffing availability at the facility. Ratios are never guaranteed but are what the unit typically attempts to achieve with normalized staffing.
