\nSeeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide urgent care coverage across multiple locations in Connecticut. Weekend availability is highly preferred, though providers with Monday and Friday availability will also be considered.
\nCompensation: $110/hr
\nAssignment Details
\nLocation: Torrington, Connecticut
\nAssignment Dates: October 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027
\nDuration: 21 weeks
\nCoverage: Ongoing
\nCall: None
\nCredentialing: Approximately 90 days
\nSchedule
\nSunday–Saturday work week
\nWeekend coverage strongly preferred
\nMonday and Friday availability also considered
\nWeekly schedule
\nNo call responsibilities

\nCoverage Area
\nProviders should be willing to work at locations within the following Connecticut counties:
\nNew Haven
\nMiddlesex
\nNew London
\nWindham
\nTolland
\nHartford
\nLitchfield
\nProvider Expectations
\nWilling to travel at least 45 minutes between sites
\nFlexible to split the workday between two locations when needed
\nComfortable with reasonable last-minute schedule adjustments due to call-outs
\nLocal candidates are preferred
\nExact clinic assignments may vary based on operational needs
\nRequirements
\nNurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
\nTelehealth experience required
\nPrior travel assignment experience preferred
\nAdditional Information

\nWeekly scheduling
\nScheduling will be coordinated to keep assigned locations as geographically close as possible.
