Location: St. Croix Falls, WI

Schedule: Split shift, Monday through Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM 

Job Summary

Operate assigned knitting machines to produce high-quality knit trim while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor machines constantly and keep them supplied with yarn, cones, and thread.

• Conduct regular product observations and four daily quality checks to ensure standards are met.

• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning excess oil, grease, and lint, and changing needles.

• Handle color changes, fill out set-up sheets, and enter programs. 

• Doff machines, weigh fabric, fix press-offs and bunch-ups, and perform light-duty set-up work.

• Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and clearing unused yarn.

Qualifications & Physical Demands

• Ability to follow directions closely and work overtime when necessary.

• Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and occasionally pull 70-pound cans across the floor.

• Strong visual acuity to see fabric clearly, distinguish colors accurately, and use a tape measure.

• Constant standing, walking, reaching, and pulling.

• Reliable attendance.
