Job Requirements\n

\n
• Active RN license
\n
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
\n
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
\n
• Experience with PICC/CVC management
\n
• Wound care experience preferred
\n
• Ability to float between Med-Surg or equivalent nursing areas as needed
\n
• Comfort working in an inpatient, observation, and swing bed environment
\n

Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside care for Med/Surg patients
\n
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
\n
• Manage PICC/CVC lines and provide wound care as indicated
\n
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to support patient recovery
\n
• Deliver care in a facility with a strong team culture and excellent support services
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
\n
• Support safe, efficient care for a predominantly adult and older adult patient population
\n
