AMHS Staffing Alliance is seeking a travel nurse RN MICU - Medical Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Albany, New York.

Minimum Qualifications:
\n 2 years RN experience
\n NYS RN License
\n EPIC EMR
\n AHA BLS & ACLS
\n Friday / Saturday / Sunday
\n Care for and treat patients age 18 and older with a variety of medical conditions, acute and chronic. Patients with pulmonary disorders, sepsis, renal failure, liver failure, DKA, and GI bleeds are just a few examples what you may encounter as a MICU RN.
\n Procedures performed on unit: Central line placement, intubation, arterial line placement, bedside tracheostomy, bronchoscopy, upper and lower endoscopy, chest tube placement, PEG placement, paracentesis, thoracentesis, massive blood product transfusion, Blakemore placement, occasional bedside surgery, therapeutic hypothermia and normothermia, organ donation, continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT), and many other procedures.
AMHS Staffing Alliance Job ID #AMC-19017. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
