TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Kalispell, Montana.

Minimum Experience:
\n 2 years case management
\n Inpatient experience required
\n Will accept a first-time traveler
Required Certs: RN, BLS, Certified case manager preferred
\nPatient Ratios: Avg 14 patients a day case load
\nPatient Types/Common Diagnoses: All inpatient-DC to home health, rehab, SNF, LTAC, LTC-Adult population
\nSkills required: Experience with prior authorization for post-acute care
\n DME planning
\n Working with and communication with a diverse interdisciplinary team
\n Time management and multi-tasking
\n Support within the Department:
\n Shared office for CM team
\n Each unit staffs one CM and one SW
\n Receptionist
\n Charge nurse
\n Unit manager
Technology/Equipment:
\n EMR: Meditech
\n Unit specific equipment: phones for communication
\n Interpreter app on phone
Orientation (facility and unit): NEO
\n How many days of unit orientation? Week 1 Wed, Thurs, Fri, plus Saturday at discretion of manager
Scheduling:
\n Weekend rotation: none
\n On call? If so, what is that schedule? none
\n Holiday Expectations: per facility policy
\n RTO through manager
Scrub Color: business or scrubs
\nParking: Free
\nUnit Culture: potlucks, collaborative, virtual bingo, well experienced team, depth of knowledge and experience, have not needed a traveler in the past, welcoming
