\n • Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)

• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only; TNCC, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start)

\n

• Preferred Certifications:
\n • Years of Experience: 1 year Tele, Stepdown or ED (Level 3, Level 4 or critical access)
\n • Float Requirements: None

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 68
\n • Patient Ratios: 4:1 routinely, surge and other circumstances will alter. We do not guarantee ratios.
\n • Equipment:
\n • EMR: EPIC

\n

Hiring Profile:

\n

• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele, Stepdown or ED (Level 3, Level 4 or critical access) indicated on the resume. This is a busy urban trauma center.
\n • Preferred Skillset/Experience: trauma/peds, 200+patients/day, high acuity experience preferred
\n • Type of Patients on Unit: We are a level one trauma, Stroke, STEMI center and regional burn center
\n • Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible

Auto Offer Guidelines:

• Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form

• RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.

• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment
