We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department (ED) team. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent medical conditions.
\nThe ideal candidate is skilled in rapid assessment, emergency interventions, prioritization, and collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Perform rapid and comprehensive nursing assessments of patients presenting to the Emergency Department. \n
- Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical needs. \n
- Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, oxygenation, and changes in patient condition. \n
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as ordered. \n
- Initiate and assist with emergency interventions, including resuscitation and stabilization. \n
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and participate in Code Blue/rapid response situations. \n
- Perform and document nursing procedures in accordance with hospital policies and standards. \n
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, laboratory staff, and other members of the care team. \n
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans, medications, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. \n
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records. \n
- Ensure safe patient handoffs and effective communication during transitions of care. \n
- Follow infection prevention, medication safety, and patient safety protocols. \n
- Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and regulatory requirements. \n

- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state. \n
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program. \n
- Current BLS certification. \n
- ACLS certification required. \n
- PALS certification preferred/required based on facility needs. \n
- \n
Previous Emergency Department experience preferred.
