Make a difference one student at a time, helping them feel safe, supported, and ready to learn! Cross Country Education is looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide 1:1 medical support throughout the school day and during transportation to and from school in Easton, MD.
\n Position Overview
\n Provide 1:1 nursing care and medical support to a student with complex medical needs throughout the school day.
\n Accompany the student to and from school via school bus, providing continuous nursing supervision and support during transportation.
\n Monitor the student’s health status and respond appropriately to medical needs in accordance with the student’s care plan and school protocols.
\n Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals to support student safety, well-being, and participation in the school environment.
\n Qualifications
\n Associate degree or higher in Nursing
\n Active, unrestricted Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License
\n Experience in school nursing, pediatrics, or 1:1 care for students with complex medical needs preferred
\n Ability to provide nursing care during school transportation and throughout the school day
