\n Hours: Four 10-hour shifts; may change to five 8-hour shifts
\n Schedule: On-call 1-2 nights/week and every 3rd weekend. Rotating holidays. Call-off requires 2 hours' notice.
\n Position Summary:
\n Sign-On Bonus: $2,000, paid within 90 days of start.
\n Education: Associate's Degree.
\n Certifications/Licensure: ARRT Radiography, Nebraska Radiography license, CPR. CT experience required; CT certification not required and must be listed at submission.
\n Experience: No minimum experience required.
\n Setting: 15-bed Critical Access Hospital with 3 techs in the department. Charting: Cerner.
\n Vaccine Requirements: Flu vaccine required or mask during flu season.
\n Relocation Assistance: None.
\n Pay Rate note: $95,160/year gross salary.
\n Special notes: Perm placement fee is 20% of annual salary ($19,032)
