\nSchedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Weekend coverage required, equally distributed among staff. 48-hour weeks approved. Holiday coverage required: must work at least one winter holiday pair (Thanksgiving + Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas + Christmas Eve, or New Year's + New Year's Eve).

- LDRP position at a 22-bed critical access hospital with comprehensive obstetrical care responsibilities \n
- Full-spectrum maternal-newborn care including triage, labor, delivery, recovery, postpartum, and newborn care \n
- Patient ratios ranging from 1:1 to 1:6 depending on acuity and unit needs \n
- Reduced orientation period of 24 hours versus standard 40 hours \n
- Epic charting system in use; wireless fetal monitoring and advanced PPH equipment available \n
- 91-day assignment with potential for float support to assist with skills when census is low \n

- Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission) \n
- Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in Labor and Delivery/LDRP \n
- Previous travel nursing experience required; seasoned travelers only \n
- Epic charting system experience required \n
- Current certifications: BLS, NRP; CLC and STABLE preferred \n
- Competencies in sterile vaginal exams, circulating for C-sections, triage of obstetrical patients, and comprehensive LDRP care \n
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years \n
- Clean background check required \n
