Babysitter Needed for my Children

Hello, we just moved to Spokane! I've always worked from home, but I may be searching for flex employment. My almost 5-year-old is autistic, developmentally younger, gestalt language processor, needs 100% supervision, elopement risk, limited safety awareness, anxiety, still in pull-ups, formula nutrition. Would prefer a caregiver with education and experience in special needs, but we do not follow traditional ABA. Naturalistic, child-led method preferred. He's a sweet boy, but impulsive and still learning communication and boundaries. While I don't know the hours I need yet, I would like a set routine for him. Would love to chat and meet to find the right caregiver for him.
