Babysitter Needed

My daughter and I are looking for a great babysitter for 3 children in San Antonio. We would prefer someone who can pick up my 11 yr old son take him to my home and watch the children while I am working til 12 midnight. Someone who can set a schedule for them to do home work, shower and to bed no later then 9 p.m. The main 3 things would be dinner, shower and bed. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car to pickup the oldest child from middle school and go to my house to watch the children.
