The main responsibilities include picking them up safely from the bus stop, giving them a healthy snack, and making sure they have quiet time for homework, helping when needed, taking them to planned activities, encouraging reading, and, regular trips to the library, and keeping them organized with their backpacks and belongings. And then, of course, maintaining a safe, positive, and nurturing environment is very important.
