Childcare Needed - Now Hiring

We are looking for a reliable, proactive afternoon family assistant for our two kids, ages 12 (almost 13) and 14 (almost 15). Theyre independent and need minimal traditional childcare or homework help. I work from home running my own company, and my husband is a firefighter with a variable schedule, so we need help keeping afternoons running smoothly. Responsibilities include school pickup from two different schools/times, driving to sports and activities, keeping kids on schedule, light meal/dinner prep, and occasional household/family-assistant tasks. Must be a safe, dependable driver with reliable transportation. Looking for someone warm, organized, and consistent
