Animal Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I have one 8-year-old dog named Rico Suave. He's a loving dog, a Portuguese water dog, so no shedding. He's pretty sedentary, eats 2x a day and needs a walk or two. We have an invisible fence so he can wander the yard.
