East Coast Wings + Grill is hiring Shift Leaders who are dependable, motivated + ready to lead by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment + can help keep every shift running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the team during assigned shifts + set the pace for great service
• Support both FOH + BOH operations as needed
• Help ensure every guest receives friendly, attentive service
• Assign tasks + keep team members focused throughout the shift
• Monitor food quality, ticket times, cleanliness + overall restaurant execution
• Assist with opening + closing responsibilities
• Handle guest concerns professionally + work toward quick resolutions
• Support training + coaching of team members
• Ensure food safety, alcohol service + brand standards are followed
• Communicate operational concerns to restaurant management
• Step in wherever needed to support the team during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude + strong leadership skills
• Dependable, organized + comfortable taking initiative
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members + guests
• Ability to remain calm + make good decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Availability for nights + weekends preferred
