Pay Rate

• Local: $26.00 – $30.00/Hour
• Traveler: $26.00 – $30.00/Hour

Required Qualifications

• Active Vermont or Compact License required.
• Current BLS Certification required.
• LTC experience required.
• NURSYS report and license verification required.
• Updated resume with facility names, units, employment dates, and employment gaps.
• Travel experience must be clearly documented.
• Cerner experience preferred but not required.
• RTO must be provided at submission.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and nursing support in an LTC setting.
• Assist residents with daily living and routine care needs.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
• Follow care plans, facility procedures, and safety protocols.
• Communicate with residents, families, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards.
