About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your duties will include assisting patients with exercise programs, modifying daily activities to enhance mobility and promote independence, and communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists with patient treatments, including exercise programs, stretching, and strengthening exercises

• Modify daily activities to enhance patient mobility and promote independence

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

• Participate in patient care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings

Requirements:

• PTA license in Pennsylvania
