? About the Position

As a Charge Nurse, you’ll play an important role in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night.

We’re looking for a nurse who is comfortable taking initiative, making sound clinical decisions, communicating effectively, and working collaboratively with other members of the care team.

Responsibilities and clinical skills may include:

• Providing and overseeing resident care

• Medication and injection administration

• Dressing and bandage changes

• Tube feeding care

• IV setup and monitoring

• Responding appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergencies

• Communicating with residents, families, providers, and team members

• Providing guidance and support to nursing staff

• Ensuring documentation and care are completed accurately and appropriately

Requirements

• Current, active, and unencumbered RN or LPN nursing license

• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and make appropriate nursing judgments

• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening

Part-Time — 2 Shifts Per Week

Monday: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM
Friday: 6:00 PM–6:30 AM

12.5-hour shifts
Rotating holiday schedule
Overtime may be available
