• Starting Pay
  • 1st Shift: $15.00/hour
  • 2nd Shift: $16.50/hour (shift differential included)
• Full-time, Monday–Saturday; overtime as needed
• Shift Times
  • 1st: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • 2nd: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Weekly pay, $400 probationary completion bonus, referral bonuses, growth opportunities (bid on higher-paying roles after 90 days)
• No previous experience required—training provided

Specific shift placement will be discussed during the interview process.

What You’ll Do

• Set up, assist, or operate packaging equipment for ham products
• Wrap, seal, weigh, and label to meet specs and customer standards
• Visually inspect and verify quality, weight, and appearance
• Stage and move materials and finished goods
• Keep work areas sanitary and organized; follow 5S principles
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, quality, and safety rules; use PPE
• Meet daily production targets and communicate issues quickly
• Complete general labor tasks as assigned

What You Bring

• Comfort working in a cool environment
• Able to stand/walk for a full shift; frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, pulling; repetitive motion
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 50 lbs regularly
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when required

Helpful (Not Required)

• Manufacturing or food production
• Packaging or machine operation
• Warehouse, assembly line, or general labor

Additional Requirements

• Pre-employment drug testing required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
