Your Mission

Picture this: a product starts its journey at the infeed. You set the machine parameters, verify quality checkpoints, and launch the run. Mid-cycle, a reading drifts—waste is creeping up. You act fast: diagnose, adjust, retest, and document. Output returns to target, defects drop to zero, and the team learns from your approach. That’s a win—one you’ll repeat shift after shift.

Compensation & Hours

• Hourly Pay: $22.72–$23.29
• Shift: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Rotation: 2-2-3 schedule; overtime as needed

Key Outcomes

• Operate machinery safely and reliably at or above standards for waste, quality, efficiency, and utilization
• Identify root causes of machine issues; make targeted mechanical adjustments
• Introduce practical improvements to stabilize production
• Guide less experienced colleagues and model best practices
• Complete end-of-shift documentation: crew time, equipment time, and quantities
• Inspect product, spot defects early, and correct via machine settings
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area following standard work
• Handle other assigned tasks as required

What It Takes

• Minimum 1 year operating production equipment in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and proven problem-solving
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Physical Realities

• Continuous standing and walking; frequent use of hands/arms
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching; stair climbing as needed
• Frequent bending through the waist/hips
• Lift/move up to 10 lbs routinely, 15 lbs frequently, and 50 lbs occasionally
• Regular reaching away from the body; periodic overhead reaching
• Keep pace with a conveyor-driven line
• Work effectively in varied temperature conditions
• 12-hour rotating shifts with possible overtime
