Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. Since 1986, we’ve been committed to providing exceptional patient care while giving our therapists the support, flexibility, and resources they need to succeed.

Our therapists provide care across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Memory Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Outpatient, and Home Care settings throughout the greater Chicagoland and Wisconsin area.

What We’re Looking For

Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license

Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred

Experience with Net Health documentation is a plus, but training is provided

New graduates are encouraged to apply
