Primary responsibilities:

• Assessing clients medical and psychosocial needs
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
• Communicating with other members of the care team
• Providing education to client/families

Qualifications:

• Must be licensed in the state of Minnesota
• Must pass a background study
• Current auto insurance
• Valid driver's license
