HHA (Home Health Aide) / PCA (Personal Care Aide)

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented professional to provide high-quality in-home support to clients in need of assistance with daily living activities. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to helping others maintain comfort, safety, and dignity in their own homes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as appropriate to the care plan.
• Support mobility and transfers while following safe practices and client-specific instructions.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and other household support tasks.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and respectful conversation to promote well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to the appropriate supervisor or care team.
• Help clients follow routines, medications reminders when permitted, and appointments as directed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided, when required.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and privacy guidelines.
