Crystal Lake Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. We are looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs who take pride in providing quality care and creating a positive experience for our residents.

As a CNA, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily activities, support resident comfort and safety, and work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals in a team-oriented environment.

Full-time, part-time, and per-diem positions are available with flexible shift options.

• $2,000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified CNAs

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

• Assist with transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and mobility

• Take and document vital signs

• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff

• Respond promptly to resident call lights and requests

• Provide compassionate and respectful resident care

• Accurately document care according to facility policies

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team

• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations

• Active New Jersey CNA certification required

• CPR certification preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new CNAs are welcome to apply

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work scheduled shifts
