We are seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our compassionate rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is motivated, patient-centered, and committed to helping residents achieve their highest level of mobility and independence.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and mobility programs
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals
• Educate residents and families on therapy plans and safety techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment
