Job Overview:

At Beanstalk Academy, we are dedicated to helping children grow, develop, and thrive during their most important early years. Our team provides high-quality, family-centered early intervention services in a collaborative and supportive environment. We are passionate about empowering both our clinicians and the families we serve. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Early Intervention Occupational Therapist to provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3.

Compensation: [$55–$70 per 30min session]

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children ages 0-3

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, self-help, and developmental skills

• Implement evidence-based, play-based therapeutic interventions

• Educate and coach parents/caregivers to support skill carryover in daily routines

• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with EI guidelines

• Participate in meetings

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required

• Current NYS licensure as an Occupational Therapist

• Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred

• Strong understanding of child development and sensory integration principles

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with early intervention (ages 0-3)

• Familiarity with IFSPs and family-centered service models
