Monday to Friday
Shifts: 630am - 3pm, 7am - 330pm
Full-time, Contract
The Opportunity
This is a very fast-paced role. The position will involve working with a large community within a large population facility. Our client is open to new RD graduates who are open to learning and growing their careers.
Responsibilities
Provide evidence-based dietary counselling to clients to reach health goals.
Monitor client progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes.
Meet or exceed quarterly targets for client visits and outcomes.
Develop and implement individualized meal plans and nutrition strategies.
Document sessions and outcomes in electronic health records accurately.
Utilize data and pipelines to identify high-potential clients and opportunities.
Maintain licensure, stay updated on nutrition guidelines, and pursue ongoing professional development.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
Educate clients on label reading, portion sizes, and nutritional education.
Prepare and present client progress reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
Adhere to high-visibility work standards, track activity, and manage time effectively.
Participate in population health initiatives and community outreach events.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Dietitian license active in California with current practice.
Must have a completed and up to date Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
Meet or exceed quarterly targets for client visits and outcomes.
Evidence-based dietary counseling delivered in-person to diverse clients.
Develop and implement individualized meal plans aligned to health goals.
Maintain licensure, stay updated on nutrition guidelines, and participate in professional development.
Accurate documentation of sessions and outcomes in electronic health records.
Use data analytics and pipelines to identify high-potential clients.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
Educate clients on label reading, portion sizes, and nutrition literacy.
Prepare and present client progress reports to supervisors and stakeholders.
Adhere to high-visibility work standards and manage time effectively.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with clear KPIs.
Participate in population health initiatives and community outreach events.
On-site employment with strong preference for growth-minded, merit-based advancement.
Must be able to undergo and maintain a background check and drug screen.
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicel to get to work.
