Manufacturing Assembler Job Summary

Ad-VANCE Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Manufacturing Assembler for a full-time manufacturing opportunity in Bradenton, FL.

We are looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined assembler with previous hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience. The Manufacturing Assembler will use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to assemble ventilation and HVAC-related products while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and production speed.

This is a hands-on position working with an established production team that values teamwork, precision, productivity, and a strong work ethic.

Previous assembly experience is required. HVAC experience is not required. Training will be provided on the company's specific products and processes, including spot welding equipment and rivet guns.

Manufacturing Assembler Responsibilities

• Assemble ventilation and HVAC-related products and components according to specifications.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to complete production assemblies.
• Read and follow work instructions, production drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Learn to safely operate spot welding equipment and rivet guns.
• Assemble products accurately while maintaining production speed and quality.
• Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify basic assembly or production issues and assist with troubleshooting.
• Perform cycle counts and basic inventory-related duties as needed.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Move between multiple production and assembly tasks throughout the workday.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing work area.
• Work independently after successfully completing training.
• Collaborate with other assemblers and production team members to meet daily goals.
• Follow all manufacturing safety procedures and quality requirements.
• Work overtime when production demands require additional hours.

Manufacturing Assembler Qualifications

• Previous hands-on assembly experience required.
• Manufacturing, production, mechanical assembly, or related experience preferred.
• Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to safely use or learn to use power tools.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, drawings, and work orders.
• Quick learner who responds well to hands-on training and feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to multitask and move between different assembly responsibilities.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work independently after training while also contributing to a team.
• Willingness to learn HVAC and ventilation product assembly.
• Willingness to train on spot welding and rivet gun operation.
• Cycle counting or inventory experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and drug screening.
