Imagine this

You receive a new print. You plan the sequence, prep materials, choose the process for each joint, lay down clean passes, inspect, and deliver—safely and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Weld a variety of metals using MIG, TIG, and stick methods.
• Translate blueprints, schematics, and drawings into precise builds.
• Verify weld quality and conformance through careful inspection.
• Keep equipment in excellent condition with routine maintenance.
• Partner with teammates to drive projects to completion.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times.
• Engage in training to elevate your technique and knowledge.

What you bring

• Demonstrated welding experience in manufacturing or construction.
• Mastery of core welding processes and shop safety.
• Fluent in blueprint and technical document interpretation.
• Sharp attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
• Comfort working solo or alongside a team.
• Strength and stamina for hands-on fabrication work.
• Ability to pass a weld test.
