Hospice CNA - Easton, MA
Join Hospice Services of Massachusetts, a compassionate organization dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses. As a Hospice CNA, you will play a vital role in our care team, providing personal care, light housekeeping, and emotional support to patients in their homes throughout Plymouth and Bristol Counties.
$22 to $24 an hour with weekly pay, depending on experience.
About the Role:
As a Hospice CNA, you will be responsible for performing personal care needs for patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with feeding, toileting, and ambulation, as well as provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans and monitor patient conditions.
Requirements:
Must hold an active and unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely and comfortably
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
