Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Tulsa, OK [7am-3pm] [3pm-11pm] [11pm-7am]

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. Responsibilities:

• Provide certified nursing assistant services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and procedures

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide supportive services to nurses and other staff as needed

• Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning residents

• Coordinate dining room services, including set-up, meal tray delivery, and feeding assistance

• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents and document intake

• Participate in care-plan meetings and report changes in resident conditions to nurses and supervisors

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to facility policies and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• At least one year of experience as a CNA in long-term care

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, bend, and stoop for extended periods

• Ability to lift, move, push, or pull a minimum of 35 pounds

• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform overhead lifting and other common physical movements as needed
