Ready for the challenge?

Can you grind to two-tenths? Read a blueprint cold and catch what others miss? Nudge a CNC program with the right offset while watching machine behavior? If that sounds like you, come build the rotating equipment that powers essential industries worldwide.

The mission

Join a high-accountability team that takes raw castings and transforms them into reliable blowers and compressors. Your impact will be measured in parts meeting spec the first time, rotating assemblies that run smoothly, and builds that leave our plant ready for tough environments.

How you’ll contribute

  • Balance rotating assemblies (static and dynamic) to target values
  • Assemble per customer requirements and blueprints; follow torque specs precisely
  • Capture measurements and verify critical features
  • Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and walk-behind lifts safely and routinely
  • Read CNC code, make offsets, and perform minor edits informed by machine behavior
  • Spot defects, mitigate unsafe conditions, and maintain an orderly work area
  • Adapt as priorities shift; work effectively with limited supervision
Your background
  • At least 2 years of machining experience (CNC preferred; strong manual background considered)
  • Demonstrated ability to hold ±0.0002 in on ground features
  • Strong blueprint reading capability
  • Experience adjusting CNC offsets and understanding program structure
  • Comfort with precision measurement tools: OD micrometers, snap gauges, height gauges, and more
  • Mechanical aptitude; able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Crane and walk-behind lift operation experience
  • High school diploma or GED preferred (not required)
Skills that set you apart
  • Equipment and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Material handling experience
  • CNC setup/changeover proficiency
  • Hand metrology and precision measurement expertise
  • Understanding of machine geometry and alignment
  • Configuring machines for production runs
  • Strong communication and applied shop math
  • Advanced print reading
Why you’ll thrive here
  • 401(k) with up to 6% company match
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
  • Company-paid STD, LTD, life insurance, and EAP
