Pediatric Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN) - Augusta, GA - Weekdays - Over Nights

• one on one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home
• G Tube feedings, medication administration, and site care
• Clinical assessment and monitoring for changes in condition
• Medication administration and treatments
• Accurate and timely documentation
• Family education and caregiver support

Schedule :

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Approximately 16 hours per week

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unrestricted Georgia RN or LPN license

Experience

• Experience with G Tube feedings is required
• Pediatric home health experience preferred
• Cerebral Pasly, ADL Assistance, experience preferred

Compliance

• Ability to pass criminal background check
• Current negative TB test within 12 months
