Shipping Operator

Position Schedule
Our 2-2-3 schedule rotation breakdown:
- Work: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
- Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
- 12-hour static shifts (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)
Position Duties
- Pull orders and ensure correct product is shipped to customers.
- Ability to operate a forklift.
- Receive freight and ensure it is documented accurately.
- Maintain the warehouse, rotate stock, and organize pallets and scrap efficiently using available space.
- Be able to perform necessary math for estimating truck capacity.
- Read and measure with a tape ruler
- Assist in month-end inventory.
- Ensure accurate receipt of parcel deliveries and forward those to appropriate parties.
- Load and unload trucks and scrap trailers.
- Perform daily housekeeping duties, including sweeping warehouse and loading area.
- Assist with packaging and purchasing functions as needed.
Position Qualifications
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds
- Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
