HHA

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented care professional to provide supportive in-home assistance to individuals who need help with daily living activities. In this role, you will help promote comfort, safety, and independence while delivering respectful, person-centered care in a home environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as permitted by the care plan
• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation within the home
• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being
• Help with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and tidying common areas
• Assist with errands, appointment reminders, and transportation support when required
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to the appropriate supervisor
• Follow established care plans, safety procedures, and agency policies at all times
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Current certification or training required for home care support in the applicable state or region
• Previous experience in home care, personal care, or a similar support role preferred
• Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to client safety and privacy
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license may be required depending on assignment
• Ability to lift, move, and assist clients in accordance with safe care practices
