• Sign-On Bonus: $2,500, paid in installments over 180 days.
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,750.
• Average Annual Pay: $89,000.
• Top Performers: Earn $2,000 per week.
• All-In Pay: Up to $1.44 per mile, including base pay and eligible additional earnings.
• Base CPM: $0.77–$0.80, based on driving experience.
• Additional Pay: $265 per full trailer unload, $15 per stop, $35 per backhaul, and a $125 weekly bonus for completing 3 or more loads.
• Home Time: Weekly with a 34-hour reset.
• Mileage: Approximately 1,100 miles per week.
• Freight: 100% touch freight. Drivers unload box by box using rollers.
• Running Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, and WV, within 700 miles of the Front Royal distribution center.
• Training: One-week paid ride-along at $150 per day.
• Schedule: Nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Minimum of 3 loads per week.
• Equipment: Double endorsement preferred, but not required.
