We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Lake Placid Health & Rehab in Lake Placid, Florida. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Lake Placid Health & Rehab, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

• Assisting with meals and snacks, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment

• Encouraging resident participation in activities and promoting socialization and engagement

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services provided
