Responsibilities – Service Advisor:

• Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and review repair needs
• Advise customers on maintenance, repair options, and pricing
• Track service progress and keep customers updated throughout the process
• Review completed work orders with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver a top-tier, customer-focused experience every time

Qualifications – Service Advisor:

• Previous Service Advisor experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate to succeed!
• Previous work history as a Warranty / Insurance Adjuster or Automotive Technician / Mechanic translates well in this position
• Previous Service, Sales/Retail, or Parts Department experience in Auto, RV, Powersport, or Marine setting are welcome to apply
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations is preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
