About the NAC Program

Aurora Valley Care is now offering an onsite, 4-week Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC) training program. The program tutition, Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) license, Nursing Assistant Certified license, and state testing fees are fully covered.

Students receive assistance with test preparation and hands-on skills lab training throughout the program. Those who successfully complete the course are offered a full-time position.

Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) employees earn $20.00 per hour and pay increases to $24.00 per hour once the NAC license is active.

• Physical strneth and stamina, including the ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents safely
