Warehouse Clerk (Spanish Bilingual)

Warehouse Clerk / Coordinator (English / Basic Spanish)

Location: Ontario, CA

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00/hour (DOE)

Schedule: Tues-Sat 2nd shift (Flexible start time, can be discussed during interview)

Job Duties

• Print pick tickets/orders
• Print shipping labels and shipping documents
• Verify, update, and maintain inventory locations in the WMS
• Process and record customer returns
• Create replacement/reshipment orders
• Maintain warehouse records using WMS, Excel, and Word
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure inventory and order accuracy
• Perform other warehouse administrative and coordination duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Basic Spanish communication skills
• Previous warehouse clerk, inventory control, or warehouse coordinator experience preferred
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in a 3PL, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment environment is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and move items up to 30 lbs when needed
• Position is primarily administrative but may occasionally require moving products or materials
