Occupational Therapist

Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address functional deficits
- Deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at improving patients' daily living and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- NBCOT certification required or eligible
- Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Prior experience in a combined inpatient and outpatient therapy setting
- Familiarity with a broad patient population across varying acuity levels
- Ability to work independently in a smaller or rural facility environment
- Opportunity to practice in a unique rural Pacific Northwest community with a consistent and predictable daytime schedule
